All of us went down to croxteth park to start training for the Run For Rhys... on september 14th.... so we did some running... we were worn out after it.
The Run for Rhys 5km event, which takes place on 14th September 2008 at Croxteth Country Park.
Help Liverpool Unites raise £100,000 for the Rhys Jones Community Centre. We would like you to walk, jog or run 5km and raise at least £25 sponsorship.
The event is open to all ages and fitness levels, any one can raise money for this worthy cause. Everyone who takes part will receive an exclusive goodie bag that they can show off to all of their friends.
